How will training 5 hours a day at age 15 affect me?

Yes, I’m trying to head for the olympics, and I’m willing to do this for 8 years every single day..I usually get in about 2 hours a day, but I want to step it up.

Please just always remember it’s not about time, you need the correct training in order to be effective.
A trumpet player used to practice for like 8 hours a day, and he looked back and said to someone who asked how long he played, “I think most of it was a waste.”
It’s not about how long you practice, it’s about working on what needs to be worked on and once you’ve reached that level you train to keep it steady.

you must take a day off each week so your muscles can repair and grow and so you dont overwork your body. Sometimes doing to much can have the opposite effect on your body and slow i down. Good luck
